MotionX ships car accessories to customers across South Africa via our courier partners.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery time: Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 2-5 business days for major metro areas, and 3-7 business days for outlying and rural areas, depending on courier availability.

Shipping costs: Shipping fees, where applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Order tracking: You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delays: While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times above, delays may occasionally occur due to courier volumes, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We'll notify you if we become aware of a significant delay to your order.

Incorrect address: Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. MotionX is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.
